Important Booking Information
By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to our payment terms:
- 25% non-refundable deposit required at booking to secure your dates
- Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers
- A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments
We understand plans can change. Our flexible cancellation policy:
- 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus 25% deposit
- 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
- Early departure: No refund for unused nights
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection
- Check-in: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST
- Check-out: 10:00 AM EST
- Late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability)
- Early check-in/late check-out times cannot be guaranteed but we'll try to accommodate
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (including children)
- Pets: No pets allowed (strictly enforced)
- Smoking: No smoking inside the villa; smoking permitted in outdoor areas only
- Parties: No parties or events without prior approval
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Pool heating: Optional at $35/night (recommended Oct-Apr)
- A refundable security deposit of $300 is required
- This deposit is held and fully refunded within 14 days of checkout, pending no damages
- Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear
- Optional Damage Waiver: Purchase our $59 damage waiver for peace of mind (covers up to $500 in accidental damages)
