Our villa is located approximately 15-20 minutes from Walt Disney World, making it perfect for families planning day trips to the theme parks. The exact travel time depends on traffic conditions.
Yes! The pool is heated and included in your rental. We recommend pool heating from October through April for the most comfortable swimming experience. Pool heating is available at $35/night if you'd like it during summer months.
Your rental includes:

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time. This policy helps us maintain the villa in pristine condition for all guests, particularly those with allergies.
- 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus 25% deposit
- 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
